Interior Painting Services in New Jersey

Are you ready to give the inside of your house a facelift? Do you have old, outdated wallpaper you’d love to get rid of, but don’t have the time or know-how? Do your high ceilings, large rooms, and lack of proper equipment for the job overwhelm you? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, we’re the Painting Company to call. We have a highly-trained, full-time staff of painters that are among the best in the Northern, NJ area.

At Martin Painting, it all starts with preparation.

Our expert house painters prepare the interior walls of your home by prepping rough spots, sanding and leveling out any bumps or gouges, and smoothing out any imperfections that might be on your interior walls. By properly prepping the walls, your paint will last longer.

Before we begin painting we ensure everything not being painted is protected and covered including floors, cabinets, appliances, chandeliers and lighting fixtures.

Better results require a better process, which is why we always apply two coats of paint and use a slower drying paint for better accuracy and coverage on your interior walls. Quality control measures are in place during and after painting to ensure your interior painting is beautiful with long lasting, colorful results.

Martin Painting holds certificates of insurance, home improvement licenses, and an EPA lead-based safe license that certify that our painting company Northern, NJ is authorized to perform any residential painting project in the state.

Our neat, clean, and meticulous work is applied in each of our painting services and guarantees our client’s satisfaction every time.

The painting company will prepare your home for painting by removing shoes, moving furniture to the center of the room, covering floors with rose paper or drop cloths, removing switch plates and covering outlets, removing door knobs and hardware from doors and windows, covering furniture and cabinets with plastic, and wrapping chandeliers with plastic. They will then repair nail pops, cracks, holes, drips, marks from bad Spackle jobs, roller lines, and sheet rock seams using a halogen light to identify hidden problems. Finally, they will repair and Spackle nail pops, tape and Spackle cracks, skim coat sheet rock seams, drips, and roller marks.

The painting company will sand all Spackle areas to a smooth finish, apply one coat of primer to all walls, lightly sand all woodwork, caulk all open gaps or wood joints around woodwork, putty nail holes on woodwork, apply two coats of paint to ceilings, walls, and woodwork, and clean up after the paint job is completed. They will remove plastics, drop cloths, paper, reposition furniture, put back switch plates, and replace door knobs and hardware on windows.
