They will then repair nail pops, cracks, holes, drips, marks from bad Spackle jobs, roller lines, and sheet rock seams using a halogen light to identify hidden problems. Finally, they will repair and Spackle nail pops, tape and Spackle cracks, skim coat sheet rock seams, drips, and roller marks.
The painting company will sand all Spackle areas to a smooth finish, apply one coat of primer to all walls, lightly sand all woodwork, caulk all open gaps or wood joints around woodwork, putty nail holes on woodwork, apply two coats of paint to ceilings, walls, and woodwork, and clean up after the paint job is completed.
